What is Geniousity? Are you a service or a software tool?
Geniousity is both a software and a service, providing you with full-stack business intelligence dashboard platform to visualize data, complemented by personalized, virtual department managed services from vetted, U.S. based industry experts.
Is support provided with Geniousity?
Excellent customer support service is at the center of organizational decision-making rather than focusing purely on products or profits. We use our customers as our North Star - We love to solve our customers' problems. Geniousity provides every customer with a dedicated, assigned genius evangelist, project manager, and account evangelist manager for quality support. Geniousity guarantees a 2 minute response for all service request.
How often do Genius's work?
Your genius is available 4 or 8 hours a day, five days a week, any time zone.
How long does it take to get replies?

Who are my Genius Evangelists?
You're partnering with experienced, college educated, dedicated, and vetted genius's working in your department. Our genius's are fluent English speaking, high-capacity assistants who are management by a team of Account and Project Managers overseeing the quality and efficiency of your virtual department.
How do I get started with Geniousity?
We make the process simple.

Pricing and Subscriptions
Below are some of are common questions about subscriptions and plans.
Is there surprise billing from Geniousity?
No surprise invoices or contracts ever! Geniousity is a service based on a subscription (on/off) basis. Scale when you want, quit when you want. Monthly and 3-month subscriptions options available.
How secure is your data?
- Payments. Your payment information is stored and secure with Stripe Inc. , a leading global payments processing company. Stripe's payment system is highly secure, meeting the highest industry standards through rigorous PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, utilizing encryption and tokenization to protect sensitive data, and employing advanced security features like 3D Secure 2 for fraud prevention. Stripe also supports 2-factor authentication for merchant accounts and ensures all connections are secured with HTTPS to protect against data breaches.

- Passwords | Credentials. Any credentials exchanged with Geniousity are handled by 1Password, a best-in-class credential management system. 1Password is a highly secure password manager, utilizing a dual-key encryption system with a unique 128-bit Secret Key, both of which are necessary to decrypt your data, ensuring end-to-end encryption. It also employs Secure Remote Password protocol and has a strong security track record since its founding in 2006 with no major user data compromises.
- Geniousity Evangelist. All Geniousity evangelist sign strict non-disclosure agreements, and data security agreements. All Geniousity Evangelists undergo training & certification on data security best-practices. All employees must comply with Single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) support. We monitor all facets of digital work including staff productivity, performance optimization, time tracking and auditing and more.
Does Geniousity offer more than monthly plans?
Yes. We offer 3-month subscription plans. You can mix and match any department to be monthly or on a 3-month subscription.

How long does it take for replies and work request?
Why wait hours or days? We have a 2 minute response time to ensure we stay fresh on your request.
How does Geniousity prioritize work?
Work is prioritized based on the submission time of your work request. In other words, work request are completed on first come, first serve basis.
Can I communicate directly with my Genius Evangelist?
We use every channel possible to stay in contact with you. We can communicate with you via:

- Web app
- Slack App
Can Geniousity integrate with software I ready use?
Absolutely! Just add your credentials to your vault so we can gain access to your account and that's it. We're trained in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Monday.com, Salesforce and more.
What about the quality of the work?
You would ask your employee to redo any work you're not satisfied with? If you're not happy, neither are we! You can simply ask us to redo the work. We're fanatic about excellence.
